Roxxas's rampage of murder of civilians and Legionnaires alike is about to end in a dramatic battle between the Legion and their deadly foe.

Recovering from their brutal defeat at the hands of Roxxas, the Legion of Super-Heroes officially reorganizes. Their first order of business is apprehending Roxxas and a team hunts the Winathian area for him. Back at the Ranzz Plantation, Brainiac 5 does his best to stabilize Celeste Rockfish's fatal wounds while Jo Nah remains missing in action and, little do the Legionnaires know, time.
