Summary

In Wyoming a farmer and his son find their cattle all dead and full of some kind of flesh-eating fungus. Before they can investigate, Poison Ivy approaches them and kills the father with the same fungus she used on the cattle. Then via a letter Ivy reveals her plan to wipe humans off the earth with her new breed of fungus Ophiocordyceps Lamia. To complete her plan, she needs to get to Seattle before the "Bat-Family" catches her and the plan is for her to die at the end as well.

In a flashback, Ivy is angry at Harley Quinn for bring her back from the dead. This is the main reason she left Harley in Gotham.

Then in a bar, Ivy is approached by two drunks who hit on her, but in a uncharacteristic move Ivy let them live and leaves the bar. Outside the drunks accost her, and she kills them with her fungus. Before the one drunk dies, she tells him she envies his death because he will go back being one with the earth, something she doesn't think she can ever do again.

Meanwhile somewhere on of the people Ivy killed using her fungus starts to move.

Note: The carnivorous plant on Harley Quinn's shirt is a reference to Frank the Plant, one of Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy's friends from the animated show, Harley Quinn.
