The exploits of a professional poker player suddenly thrown into a high-stakes game of mythical proportions continue as Joey Martin begins to realize that the 32 souls signed over to him as a bar prank make him awfully attractive to all kinds of trouble. Enter Hell Mary, the sexy demon operative assigned to extract the souls from Joey's possession using the most sinful types of persuasion. Meanwhile, Bill, the Angel of the Lord, tries a less gentle tactic, taking Joey on a warning tour of a panreligious skid row, where the skeptical poker player could well end up, unless he plays his cards right.
