Robin and Nightwing team up to answer Batman's call to arms and rescue Gotham from its state as a "No Man's Land!" Using a treacherous, long-abandoned subterranean pathway to enter Gotham, Tim and Dick must defeat the tag-team of Gearhead and Tommy Mangles if they want to make it through. Meanwhile, a certain Ratcatcher is waiting in the wings.
