The Joker escapes from Arkham Asylum and finds his gang being led by Mister Freeze! With the Dark Knight unavailable, it’s up to Robin to follow the clues and retrieve the Clown Prince of Crime!

Joker breaks out of Arkham Asylum and kills Mr. Freeze to regain control of his gang. Batman is out of Gotham attending other issues in Rio de Janeiro, so it is up to Robin to stop the Joker.

Note: This issue features four variant covers that came with holographic cards, painted by Kelley Jones, Dick Giordano, Tom Lyle, and Matt Wagner, respectively. A fifth "newsstand" edition was done by Kevin Maguire, which did not feature the card.
