A FOREVER EVIL tie-in! Belle Reve has been turned to rubble and the inmates are on the loose! Alone, Amanda Waller must fight her way out and form a new Suicide Squad! Or is a new team already in place?

The Crime Syndicate has turned off the power to most of the Earth, but has left Belle Reve with power so that the prisoners could do what they wish. Amanda Waller, holds herself in a safe room and contacts Deadshot, and requests him to do one last mission. Make a team and retrieve a powerful weapon for her.

Deadshot invites Harley Quinn and Captain Boomerang to join him and the fly out to the Rocky Mountains. Meanwhile, back in Belle Reve, the Thinker, has the prisoner build a devise for him and the Syndicate. James Gordan Jr. learns of the Thinker's plan and makes his own.

Back in the Rocky Mountains, Warrant, Steel and The Unknown Soldier, meet up and plan on retrieving a weapon for Waller. They are soon joined by Powergirl and continue their assault on the military base.

Steel, Warrant and The Unknown Soldier, soon come across, Deadshot, Harley and Boomerang attempting to to steal the OMAC. The groups prepare to fight, unknown to them that the one group had been hired by Waller and the other has been hired by The Thinker, disguised as Waller.
