The Legion struggles against the mighty giants of Colossal Boy's hometown! And with Brainiac's resurrection plan in action, can the Legion trust him to play God?

Colossal Boy is in the prison in Big City, interrogating the eight giants who tried to pilfer art pieces around the world. Before too long, the eight giants are broken out of prison by Nemesis Kid, Polar Boy and Kid Quake. It seems they are all united and they beat Colossal Boy before they leave. Meanwhile, Brainiac 5 comes to the completion of his goal to bring Dream Girl back to life, but her body instantly disappears. When Brainiac 5 goes to sleep, he gets to speak to Dream Girl.
