- Perry Como, I Love You: (Superman, Lois Lane, Perry Como: "Can even Superman blast Lois Lane's super-crush on super-crooner Perry Como?") Lois goes in about how Perry Como can't hold a candle to Superman until she sees and hears him sing live in person then she falls head over heels for him. a contest is held to find a woman to sing with Perry, Lois is determined to win despite having a terrible singing voice but on the day she records her entry she has a cold that actually makes her sound good, leading to her winning. an agent who was counting on his client winning tries to have Lois killed. in saving Perry and Lois Superman clears up her cold, now that she can't sing she loses the contract and once again fixates on Superman.
