  1. Lois Lane Meets Annie Oakley: (Superman, Lois Lane / written by Alvin Schwartz) Perry gets a story about a phenomenal shooter said to be a new Annie Oakley but he thinks it can't be true so he has Clark rewrite it as a tall tale, Clark does so and forgets about it. Later, Superman is getting tired of constantly saving Lois so he takes her to talk with perry who suggests getting her a bodyguard. just then Annie walks in and shoots her name on a piece of paper demanding they print a retraction of the insulting story they published about her. in addition to the retraction Perry offers Annie a job as Lois's new bodyguard.
