The Titans come to Baxter Beach to prevent violence at an annual rival college jamboree during spring break.
The Teen Titans have a request from the townspeople of Baxter Beach; to keep the college students of Brandon College and Dobbs College from destroying their town during Spring Break. But then Captain Tiger attacks and the college kids help the Titans get rid of him and his gang.
