A Zero Hour crossover issue. The Flash Family is working with the newly arrived Bart Allen at Iris West’s house. Linda Park is on the run from the cult of Kobra, who want to silence her after she probed into their local actions. Argus feeds Linda and Flash information on Kobra’s current whereabouts, and Flash investigates. As Flash spies on Kobra, Bart Allen appears on the scene, forcing Flash’s hand. Flash and Impulse deal with Kobra’s men, but then are drawn into an ambush by Abra Kadabra. As Flash faces Kadabra, the two are suddenly hit with a time flux. Flash and Kadabra find themselves in Kadabra’s native time: the 64th century. Once there, they see a temporal rift, and are approached by Waverider.
