Batman and the Huntress work together to save New York City from an explosive menace.
The Huntress and Batman are forced to work together and find a boy James Cooper who they expsct is setting up bobs to kill members from different gangs. Meanwhile street gangs are trying to unite as one under Rage's leadership, but often clash due to their distrust of each other.
