The Spectre carelessly injures a human, and is given a weakness that he must deal with while defeating Narkran.
When the Spectre accidentally hurts an innocent man, he is punished by the Presence by being given a weakness. The Spectre must then stop an evil entity threatening the Earth but things get harder when he is turned blind as a result of the weakness he was given.
