The Official San Diego Comic-Con Blog says Alack Sinner is "an absolutely spectacular example of what comics can be…. Muñoz’s influence can be felt throughout today’s comics, but there’s no other work like this out there.” Hard-boiled private detective Alack Sinner’s adventures exhibit the trappings of traditional detective stories, but are imbued with a deep political conscience and scathing critiques of corruption in society. This second and concluding volume in the series presents "Nicaragua,” “Private Stories,” “The USA Affair,” and “The End of the Road.”
