One is a super-hero, the other a super-villain, and the third doesn't know which side she's on! Revisiting their rivalry from this summer's smash one-shot, Bomb Queen and Blacklight go at it again, this time on Bomb Queen's turf! Joining Blacklight is ShadowHawk's own Rebound -- but why do they want in to New Port City, and more importantly -- will they be able to get out?

Prologue
The series opens as Bomb Queen is hunting a red-haired masked target live on television. The redhead is trying to phone her contact in the Shadow Government for help and when she gets no answer she can think of only one other who can help her now.

The Good
Astroman (Ken) is taking Ms Blacklight (Lina) on a date, flying her up to the clouds despite her acrophobia, when she gets a phone call from Eddie. Lina uses her power of travel via shadows to head to New York.

Bomb Queen chases down her victim after a quick sidelining by a TV crew  only to find occularium offline and her being shot at. Asha puts the target off balance. Staggering into an alley way the target is yanked into the shadows before Bomb can finish her off.

The Lovely
Jen is an electronics wizard, just like her mother who planted a phone inside her skull, who lives with Shadowhawk (Eddie). She is wracked with pain when the phone in her head rings and she exudes some kind of repulsing force. Her mother calls saying shes in trouble and she heads for New Port city. Since Shadowhawk would be a target in New Port Eddie calls Lina, who arrives almost instantly, to come and aid Jen in her quest.
