Freak Force takes down the villain group known as the throwaways a young woman watching from the crowd takes some pictures of Freak Force. She goes back to an abandoned warehouse where she uses high tech machinery to create evil doubles of Freak Force from the photos. The doppelgängers wreak havoc in the city until they are confronted by Dart and Rapture. The heroes try their best but are eventually subdued by the villainous fakes.
