Discovering that McLoon is on their side, Bob and Elspeth join forces with him just in time to prevent the government faction, which wants Bob dead, from killing Elspeth for the knowledge she possesses about the lost caveman. Plus, Elspeth's father comes in search of his missing daughter and finds out the hired serviceman he has unwillingly acquired is much more than he seems to be.
