Doctor Scurrilous plots his evil plan to terrorize Metroville and needs to put some finishing touches on his evil machinery. 
 
Eddie gets to know each of his new bosses a little better and realizes that none of the superheroes he works for really cares much about crime fighting. In order to stop the coming threat of Doctor Scurrilous, Eddie must turn to the only competent superhero for help.
