Precog detective Owen Young has had a vision of a murder, but he and his partner, Detective John Meyer, arrive minutes too late to save the victim.
They arrest the killer, but he refuse to talk. Dejected, Owen returns home just in time to see his girlfriend, Daniela, before she leaves for work. That night Owen has a vision of a bank robbery. The police swoop, catching the criminals in the act, but as Owen comes face to face with the driver, he is attacked telepathically!
Owen is forced to fight back the only way he can. Unfortunately for him, his actions are about to land him in some pretty hot water...
