The worst thing that could possibly happen has, of course, happened. The Necroplasm has fallen into the wrong hands and only Covenant, Cog and the Druid can stop the horror before it spreads. A monster of hideous proportions threatens to destroy everything Spawn has worked to create. But it is not the Hellspawn who will lose his life in the ensuing battle.
