As Star saves himself, General Sucarno, a terrorist trying to gain freedom in America, deals with Overlord. Star tries to determine who was behind the runaway train/model airplane incidents, and Chris Robinson is called into action by his former employers, The Vicious Circle, to attack Klaptin. He refuses, but Klaptin and his entire touring crew are attacked during a soundcheck.
