Someone kills Undertow, a former member of Stormwatch, and Weatherman One is determined to find his killer. He sends Fahrenheit, Hellstrike and Jack Hawksmoor to investigate the crime. Meanwhile, Battalion is Stormwatch's new training leader and tests Jenny Sparks for her battle prowess. Fahrenheit learns that it was the American government that killed Undertow, as a show of retaliation against the United Nation's world government. Henry Bendix informs the President that he is aware of the retaliation.
