As StormWatch watches events unfold on a parallel Earth, that worlds Jack Hawksmoor, the current leader of that worlds StormWatch, worried about an inevitable alien attack, sets out to recruit as many of the alternate Earths heroes as he can to forge a repelling army. Yet while some sign on, he is rebuffed by Battalion and Zealot. Finally, matters only get worse as Hawksmoor is forced to declare war on the United States Army, as they try to seize control of the alien pylon technology!
