A continuation of the Backlash series from 1994. This series follows the core cast from Backlash, Backlash, Crimson, and Taboo, along with new recruit for a goverment superhero program titled Wildcore.

Trapped in an alternate reality, the WildCORE cast takes on surrogate roles, unaware of their true lives in the "real" world. Here, Zealot is the Warrior Queen and Backlash is her Champion. Meanwhile, Tapestry is staging a plot to steal Zealot¹s soul. WildCORE¹s only hope lies in Ferrian, the one member who knows their true identity.
