Fleeing his homeland, Victor Von Doom arrives at college in the United States, his education paid for by the U.S. Government, who sees in Victor a mind that could give them the edge in the Cold War. But Victor is determined to use this opportunity to further his own destiny and obsessions, his benefactor’s wishes be damned. If only these other meddling fools, such as Reed Richards and his loutish friend Ben Grimm would get out of his way, Victor knows the secrets of the world and its untouchable realms will be his for the taking.
