S.H.I.E.L.D. has captured Elektra. The question at hand: is even this intelligence agency powerful enough to keep her? John Garrett fumes over Elektra, determined to eliminate her on his own terms.

Garrett unexplainably helps Elektra to fly from the SHIELD base in San Conception where she's been analyzed. She's able to track the US ambassador during a party where he receives the visit of the concurring new president of the U.S.A., and kills the Ambassador Reich. But just few seconds pass that Elektra is aware of a change in the air. The control that the beast had over the ambassador now has got someone else.

The new President of the United States of America? She MUST kill him.
