Banner struggles to maintain control of Starship Hulk, currently in a pocket dimension with another Banner that never became Hulk, yet his successful gamma bomb test did result in a different kind of monster. This Banner's father-in-law, President "Thunderbolt" Ross, used that to create an army of gamma-powered monsters. The mystery of Starship Hulk continues to unfold as Ross and his monsters come looking for a brawl.
