After quelling a possessed house Doctor Strange heads to Stonehenge, the site of something sinister brewing. There he battles a horde of mercilous demons, but dispatches them with ease. Following that he is torn from the Earth and sent to another world where he faces Kathulos, a man-plant with strong mystic powers. Strange is nearly absorbed into his psyche, but learns the means of Kathulos' defeat. After the man-plant shrivels and dies Strange is left on the desolate world without any clue on how to get back to Earth and prevent the coming of Shuma-Gorath!
