Can Spider-Man and Captain America combined stop Grey Gargoyle from turning the city to stone?

Peter Parker is down on the docks and down on his luck following the tragic events of Amazing Spider-Man 121 and 122. The web-slinger is so distraught that he doesn’t notice a flaming meteor crash landing into the East River! But while web-swinging back home, the wall-crawler does notice two yellow-garbed lackeys of Advanced Idea Mechanics running through the streets! Who are they running from? Captain America! After making short work of the flunkies, the shield-slinger and the web-slinger meet with Nick Fury and discover A.I.M.’s true ambition! Steal the military’s new guided missile telemetry system and of course rule the world! But A.I.M. will need some help to do that…specifically some grey-colored help! And in Flushing Meadows Park, the Sentinel of Liberty and the Amazing Spider-Man take aim…on A.I.M. and the Grey Gargoyle!
