A desperate web-slinger visits the Baxter Building looking for help against the Basilik! These are tough times for Reed Richards following the events of Fantastic Four 141, but he agrees to help Spider-Man find the omega-stone and rescue Captain Marvel. The search for the omega-stone leads to the center of the Earth! And that brings the wall-crawler and Mr. Fantastic into direct conflict with the Mole Man!
