Stegron makes a mess of the Savage Land and Ka-Zar is none to happy about it. Maybe Spidey can lend him a hand!

The story opens with a bang as the Spectacular Spider-Man parachutes from a SHIELD plane into the Savage Land! The web-slinger is on a mission from Dr. Curt Connors to find his former colleague, Dr. Vincent Stegron. Upon arriving in the Antarctic jungle, the wall-crawler bumps into Ka-Zar and his sabertooth tiger! The Lord of the Hidden Jungle agrees to help Spider-Man, and the duo begins their search! Along the way Ka-Zar and the web-slinger fight a horde of Swamp Men, a pack of dinosaurs, and finally Stegron himself! First appearance of Stegron.
