Stegron takes his destruction tour on the road to NYC and Spidey will need the help of Black Panther to tackle the man-dinosaur!

Stegron has escaped from the Savage Land in his flying ark and is now bearing down on New York City! However, unknown to the dinosaur man, there's a special stowaway onboard the airborne ark...the Amazing Spider-Man! Meanwhile at Avengers Mansion, the Black Panther notices Stegron's large flying ship closing in on Manhattan! One thing leads to another and Dr. Curt Connors, T'Challa, and the web-slinger develop a plan to stop the dinosaur man! But the heroes better hurry, because Stegron's dinosaurs are rampaging through Times Square!
