After Moon Knight frees Candace, Isaac Rosslyn is able to take control of his mind because of their close proximity.  He reveals that the Brotherhood of the Red Dragon, led by Germain Royce, are behind the plans for mind control.
 
As Frenchie and Marlene approach to help, their helicopter crashes.  Frenchie calls Moon Knight on the radio and the signal interferes with the Rosslyn's control of Moon Knight, allowing him to break free.  
 
After defeating Rosslyn, Moon Knight is in for one final battle with Germain Royce, the Red Dragon.
