Mikel Fury is mad as hell after finding out the Punisher is alive. Mikel sets out to kill the Punisher using all available SHIELD resources. The Punisher is not willing to let Mikel just kill him and ambushes his strike unit. The Geraci Family not wanting to see their leader getting murdered by SHIELD attacks them leading to organized crime vs SHIELD battle.
