After the Sinister Six find out that they did not kill Spider-Man. They Quickly find out that the plan was a trick by Dr. Octopus,and all hell breaks loose. Dr. Octopus tries to escape from Spider-man by throwing a device in the water that turned Sandman into glass in the last issue.

Meanwhile Peter is also dealing with Mary Jane being stalked by a crazy fan. Can Mary Jane handle her self with this issue? Or can she take care of herself on this one.
