Vance Astrovik plays peace-maker when he tries to stop a riot in his prison. The problem is, with so many super-powered convicts, there are special needs. The prisoners don't want to escape; they want their circumstances acknowledged. Vance succeeds at making everyone happy. For example; he talks the warden into letting a plant-based villain have a small plant in his cell. That's more then enough for that paticular convict.
