Frank Castle returns to London to devise a plan to stop Kingpin. Assisting his efforts are Morgan Sinclair, Micro, Tarantula, and Outlaw. The Kingpin edges closer to accomplishing his goals, calling for a meeting with various gang leaders he intends to kill.
