Zebediah Stane learns that the company he took over isn't worth as much as he thought when he discovers that Howard Stark still personally owns the biotech armor he'd been after. Obsessed with getting his hands on the armor, he tracks Howard and Tony for years. Finally he's able to abduct Tony and begins the torturous process of extracting a sample of the armor from his skin.
