Fury calls in The Ultimates to respond to the escape of Osborn and his crew from their holding cells. They arrive and Iron Man is unable to detect any life signs. On further searching of the facility they find a badly injured Hank Pym and two other S.H.I.E.L.D. agents, the only survivors of a crew of 38. Osborn and the other prisoners are gone. 
 
Assuming that Osborn will do something crazy, Fury calls in Spider-Man for his own safety and to assist in the recapture of the fugitives. But Norman Osborn is wilier that Fury expects and calls in a favor from his political connections to go over Fury's head.
