The Hunchback of Notre Dame has Topaz held captive in the bell tower of the famed Paris cathedral!

At Orly Airport outside Paris, Jack Russell and Topaz wait to board their flight back home to L.A. However, a rare fourth full moon transforms Jack into the Werewolf. He breaks out of the terminal and onto the tarmac where he's narrowly missed by a descending airplane. In the craft's cockpit, a hunchbacked mutant with rock-hard skin has hijacked the plane at knifepoint. The Werewolf, angered by what he perceives to be an attack by a giant bird, tries to claw his way inside. An attendant, mistaking his noises for the police, opens the exit, allowing the Werewolf inside. Sensing his foe at the head of the craft, the beast ignores her and the passengers, and accosts the hijacker. In the confusion, the crew and passengers manage to escape. Topaz climbs aboard and tries to calm the Werewolf, but is taken hostage by the hunchback, who drags her into the city.

The Werewolf follows them to the Notre Dame cathedral, and finds them in a bell tower, where their battle resumes. At one point, the hunchback tosses the man-beast off a catwalk, but the Werewolf grabs the bell rope. The resulting clangor from the bell stuns the mutant, allowing the Werewolf to climb back up. Topaz briefly links their three minds, and she and the Werewolf get a glimpse of the hunchback's life as an outcast, but she can't maintain the connection. The Werewolf throws the hunchback out of the bell tower to the plaza below despite Topaz's last second insistance that the Werewolf save his foe.
