It’s time for round five! Superstar Jeph Loeb (Batman: Hush) is joined by Young Guns Reloaded artist Simone Bianchi for the biggest, best and last battle between Wolverine and Sabretooth! Ever wonder why these two just can’t get along? The reason cuts deeper than you think, True Believer. Much deeper. And this time, one of them isn’t walking away.

Wolverine dreams of fighting beside Captain America in World War II and about killing Nazis, but then he is fighting Wild Child. Before he can figure out whats happening he is awaken. He is aboard one of Black Panther's private jets back at the Weapon X facility. Wolverine, Sasquatch, Thornn, Feral and Wolfsbane have come to Canada to find Sabertooth.

Wolverine orders the other to stay with the jet but the refuse and follow, except for Sasquatch who stays with the jet and is jumped by Wild Child and badly injured. Meanwhile inside Wolverine and Feral find Sabertooth in a test tube. Wolverine prepares to kill Sabertooth, but Sabertooth awakens and badly injures Wolverine and attacks Feral.

Wolverine passes out and has a vision of his Weapon X days. While in the test tube he sees The Professor and Victor Creed. He then hears the voice of Romulus but before he can see Romulus's face he wakes up.

Sabertooth is gone and when he finds the rest of his team they are badly injured by Wild Child, and when he finds Sabertooth, he has already killed Feral.
