Wally West grew up in Blue Valley and protected the town under his Kid Flash guise before leaving for Keystone City as the Flash. Courtney Whitmore also grew up here in the pages of Stars and S.T.R.I.P.E. and learned to be the hero Star-Spangled Kid, with the help of her stepdad Pat Dugan in his S.T.R.I.P.E. robot.
Blue Valley also served as a beachhead for multiple Starro invasions, attacks the Justice League had to stop both times.
