Bunyon's World
Bunyon's World is the site of a mining colony, established in the late 28th Century. It is the home world of Regis Thomak, The Psycho Warrior, a one time adversary of the Legion of Super-Heroes.

Bunyon's World is located on the very rim of the Milky Way galaxy, in orbit around a binary star. Due to it's immense mineral wealth, a terrestrial mining colony was established on Bunyon's World, in the latter half of the 28th Century. The colonists of Bunyon's World have had no luck taming it. For over two centuries, every day, for the colonists, has been a constant, nightmarish struggle for survival. The native flora and fauna of Bunyon's World is virtually all predatory. The plant life, in particular, quickly developed a voracious appetite for human flesh.
As per tradition, young adults on Bunyon's World are sent back to Earth, to receive their professional education.
