The Crimson Cosmos is an extradimensional domain that seems to exist outside the Marvel multiverse, beyond the reach of natural law. It is an extension of Cyttorak's being, as well as the realm to which he was somehow banished millennia ago from Earth. Within the Crimson Cosmos, Cyttorak is nigh-omnipotent, and even high-tier cosmic beings find themselves powerless against him - when Magik and Colossus were empowered by the Phoenix Force, they were still no threat to Cyttorak within the Crimson Cosmos.
