Cyrem, a planet orbited by six moons, suffered a brutal worldwide cataclysm, when the monstrous Validus, a member of the Fatal Five, literally tore nearly half of one whole planetary hemisphere away from Cyrem. The excised planetary mass was placed in orbit behind Cyrem's largest moon, where it served as a rest and recreational base for the Fatal Five. Of particular interest to the Persuader, was Cyrem's inland seas, teeming with gargantuan marine life, which the axe-wielding killer fished for in his leisure time.
