One of the 52 know universes known from the Orrery of worlds, Earth-36 is defended by Justice-9, a superteam composed by Optiman, Iron Knight, War-Woman, Red Racer, Flashlight, Cyberion, Mer-Man, BowBoy and Blackbird.

Their leader Optiman was one of the Supermen of the Multiverse recruited by Captain Marvel from earth 5 in Final Crisis and was apparently killed by Superdoomsday of earth-45. However Optiman eventually returned to life thans to a mentioned Black Lens, probably related to Flashlight powers.

On earth 36 also exists analogs to the Guardians of the Universe, the Custodians of the Cosmos, who created their own version of the Green Lantern Corps, the Rainbow Patrol.

This world seems inspired in characters from Big Bang Comics, who were also analogs to DC comics characters. Many of them present a retro narrative homaging the comics of the DC Silver Age.
