The location of the secret lab used by Condor for the development of the drug EMC.
History
The Exeter Asylum served as a testing facility for EMC and a powerful secondary version called EMC2 which proved dangerous as one subject tried to chew off their own arm. The drug was designed by an unnamed doctor working for Face.
