Sitting on the corners of Broadway, Fifth Avenue and 23rd Street in Manhattan, New York is the Flatiron Building. Home to the super hero clean up firm Damage Control.

Headquarters for Damage Control, a Marvel Comics super hero clean up team. This meant the building was often host to many dangerous forces, from invading vigilantes, internal employees who meant well and very hostile corporate takeovers.
The building also played host to 'The Boys', a super-team from Dynamite Entertainment. Like Damage Control, they also had good intentions in reacting to superhero chaos. Again, like Damage Control, the building suffered greatly due to internal team chaos.
