Iron Man showed off the power of Tony Stark's Tractor-Presser Beams in this facility located in Japan to Japanese scientists. Iron Man then goes on to show off the dangers of the beams which destroys a testing machine and explains this is why they licensing the secret of the beams. However he then goes on to show off another piece of tech called the Magnetic Memory Device which when used in combination with the beam causes the test machine to rebuild itself.
