The villa was one of the main headquarters of Justin Hammer. It was located in the Mediterranean sea off the coast of France. The villa was about the size of a barge or a small island which was kept afloat with lift pods below it. The lift pods also had some form of jet propulsion similar to a speed boat or Jet Ski that gave the villa mobility on the open sea.
